Course booking and fees.

• Training Course fees are due 7 days from date of invoice.
• All course bookings are confirmed via email before the course starts.

Cancellation Conditions

Number of *working days before course commences   * “working days” means full days Monday to Friday in Western Australia excluding public holidays	Cancellation fee (includes GST)
More than 10 working days	No fee
Between 5 and 10 working days	50% of course fee
5 or less working days (including non-attendance)	100% of course fee

Participant numbers

• We recommend that courses are limited to 8 participants where possible, to achieve the best possible outcome.  Our maximum capacity is 12 participants per session.

Privacy and your Personal Information

• Acuity People Development Pty Ltd will not otherwise disclose your personal information to other individuals or organisations except in accordance with the Acuity People Development Pty Ltd Privacy Policy.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Acuity People Development Pty Ltd Courses are subject to GST at the prevailing ATO tax rate (10%).
